"Ramen has been good and the Boba tea is good. The issue we have is the gift card system. Received a harmony gift card and apparently the gift cards are only tied the location they're purchased from. I'm still not quite sure. Used it here, then tried to use the remaining balance at another location and they told us it couldn't be used. Nothing on the card explains this. Tried to get clarity, to only be told the same thing. However, the original card wasn't even purchased at this location so it still makes no sense. Again, the food has been great. I would just suggest avoid buying gift cards though."

"4 of us went in hoping for some good ramen and boba especially with such high reviews. got 3 ramens, the spicy ginger chicken and two teas. it was almost $80. the spicy ginger chicken was really cold bland chicken salad with a drizzle of ginger dressing. it was mostly lettuce and spinach which wasnt even shown on the menu to be in it. we got the miso ramen which is usually very rich and almost cleansing tasting. it tasted like warm water. even adding the chili paste on the table to it just made it slightly spicy water. we left 3/4 full bowls and left. the teas werent too bad but at almost $8 for a maybe 16oz cup were not worth it. overall never going again it was an awful time."

"Love the food here and stop by each weekend for authentic Chinese beef noodle soup. I *definitely* appreciate that they use ceramic bowls now instead of the previous disposable plastic bowls. Keeps the soup hot and so much better for the environment. Bravo!"

"I love their bubble tea, this is the only branch that i will always come to get their mango sago drink. The other branch was rude and not even bother to care if customer coming. I tried their ramen, sadly it was tad bit too much of Szechuan pepper in the broth, my tongue went numb. Maybe one day I'll try their other variant of ramen"
