"I usually only get the Greek gyro w curly fries so that’s what we’re basing this on bc arbys roast beef does not exist to me whatsoever My only complaint would be wait time, which is usually not directly correlated to work ethic as much as it may be understaffing or other mechanical/process functions But longer wait time seems like an every arbys thing as most franchises take 10 minutes start to finish in the drive thru Professional and friendly employees Food was good and all, so were the fries After devouring this Greek gyro I began to develop an affinity for Pythagorean theory and Socrates quotes as well as speaking with a Greek accent. "9/2/23 We ate here on a Saturday evening around 6pm. Upon entering we were really taken back by the state of the restaurant. Literally every table had food and other debris under it. The drink machine front was coming off and ice was spilling out. The pictures on the display are VERY misleading (I know, many restaurants are this way, but this is really bad) I ordered a brisket sandwich, please see pics to form your own opinion. I don't know if I didn't get the correct portion of brisket or if the Franchisor is misleading customers with the photos. Also, please see a few of the floor pics, I didn't take pics of every table, but they had not been serviced. January 2023 We stopped in to try the Wagyu Steakhouse Burger, but was sorely disappointed! I will be stopping in to try this again to see if maybe we had a restaurant that wasn't watching Temps or watching on how long to keep them before throwing them out, but the burger was almost like it was dehydrated! It was very dry and the consistency of the burger was very dense. Service was was ok for fast food place. There were 3 other tables seated while we were there."
