"Prices questionable. Considering kids running the show, have no idea what they're doing when they gotta ask you what's this? Tossing things around NOT placing items on scales correctly. Mostly Negative only Positive they pay cash. Kinda need more room between dumping area / scales , not enough room to turn around & always seem to be in way or waiting on someone."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would! Have been to this place multiple times and every time we have visited there’s always been an issue! Todays trip caused them to lose a customer. Gentlemen with the ear muffs was very unprofessional, using slang terms, throwing items, and was complaining and degrading my husband the whole time we were dropping stuff off. They weigh items at the edge of the scale which I’m sure makes stuff off count, tons of workers standing around not helping, many items were not on our receipt so we got jipped, and was getting angry when we showed up 35 mins before close and left over an hour later. My husband was doing most of the work alone, yet we were getting hassled for “causing them to go home late”. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. 0/10"

"I have never been there till today. its close and on my way to work. Small,unorganized,no direction. had to ask where to dump and where to dump can's. Nice guys and pay out wasn't great but acceptable. Could have probably made more if I scraped the aluminum and copper out of the 3 generator's but that was my fault. I will visit again."
