"Food was made incorrectly, I understand mistakes happen but it was with every single item ordered.. each item was made wrong. I tried to call 2x to talk to someone about the issue, but was left with no one to answer the phone !"
"EVERY time we go here our order is messed up. Every. Single. Time. They all need to be fired and replaced including management. They can't keep their employees in check apparently and the teenage employees could care less about anything besides their paychecks. They make dang near as much as some men out here actually doing hard work earning their money all the while they lean on counters, gossiping and ignoring customers and their orders. From now on I'll only eat at taco bell out of town or I'll go without."
"Employees are just careless and dumb. Straight stole $30 from me, first she couldn’t even understand us when taking our order (she heard some kinda chicken taco when we said cheesy gordita crunch). Then we waited 30 minutes just to pay for and get the wrong food. Then when we go in the manager takes the receipt with the wrong food on it and says give me one min. I was confused on why he was taking so long because he didn’t even ask what we had ordered, sure enough he was remaking the wrong food again. Then it takes 10 more minutes to get a refund that never even came through. We had to go somewhere else to eat"
"20mins later it's so sad that you are starving and wanted a quick food so you order online ahead of time and they got everything wrong . August 2, 2023 11:30pm. evening staff we're so rude and just kept arguing that they cracked the hard taco so it was harder to eat as they were falling apart. the coffee was so bitter and you order 15 packets of one flavored sauce and none of it was there."
