"Ok, I go here about once a week... I would go MORE, but it's absolutely freezing in the dining room. I understand the employees get hot with the ovens, but your customers have to be comfortable. There were multiple tables eating with their coats on. When I questioned the room temperature, the waitress laughed and said there was nothing she could do."

"They were overwhelmed when we got there. The server did as good as she could, but the woman in charge was having a meltdown. Not really great to watch."
"Had to try 3 tables to find one that had been wiped down. One tables had plates and cups from a previous customer that never got cleaned off during our entire eat in visit. Kitchen is a disaster. Trash and dirty dishes. Every time u needed something or a customer came in all 3 employees were in the very back."
