"A friend & I visited Barbarys on New Years Eve. There was no cover charge, so I can't complain too much about the single person "band", but I'll just say the music could have been much livelier. There were only a handful of people before midnight. There were many around 10:30, but guessing they left because it didn't feel very festive. After 11, everyone was given a new years eve "blower", but they didn't have horns, so not very exciting. And sadly, no champagne at midnight. The bartender was great. Prices are decent. The place is large and they have a pool table. But I wish they had board games or decks of cards available. We may go back for a single drink to see what atmosphere is like other days. Best part - no smoking!"
