"Ordered food through Uber Eats. By the time it arrived, it was cold and most of it was uneatatable!! Chips tasted odd as if something was off with their cooking oil!! Taco was stuck to its wrapper and came apart when unwrapped!"

"The staff at this Taco Bell were incredible. The moment I pulled into the drive thru, the woman stated, “Hi, welcome to Taco Bell! How are you doing today?” Rather than asking me right away what I wanted to order, she seemed to be interested in me as a person. This was the first time I have experienced that in a drive thru, and I truly appreciated it. Then at the window, I was helped by Teresa who was so incredibly personable, kind, and sincere. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment, and I want to commend the wonderful staff and trainers for their efforts here. You all are amazing!"
