"I stopped here for lunch after seeing it had good reviews. Granted they were busy, but it took over 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a waitress. I gave her my order of biscuits & gravy w/sausage patties and began a long wait. 20 minutes passed and no food. At that time a couple came and sat at the table next to mine and another came and sat at a table nearby. I waited another 10 minutes and still no food, but those 2 tables got theirs. So I got up and left with the idea that if you are not a local they don't really care about you. I can't rate the food since I never got any."

"me and my friend use to go here ,but recently we had to wait 45 minutes and it wasn't even busy. And srill didn't get any food. And the waitress catered to someone else. And we were already there b4 othercustomers.The waitress Sue was very rude to us, and the waitresses, assume jus becuz we go there they should ask us if we want something to drink instead of just putting coffee or hot chocolate on our table. I wouldn't recommend this place."
"Always pleased with our food from Steplers! Service is great & friendly! Only once were we waiting for quite a longer time than usual, but we had more in our party, & it was really on a Saturday morning, so it was expected."
