"Don't expect the best service all the time. There is no ice cream shop feel at all, it's turned to just another fast food joint. And don't expect to pay in cash with anything above a $50 bill even if you order is $105.95, they will flat out refuse to take the $100 bill. Very inconvenient for people who prefer paying in cash"

"Slow slow slow. A lot of the workers including management aren't the friendliest. Quality of food is not always up to par especially for the price. See picture of "hot dog with cheese". If you look hard enough you'll see the cheese."
"Used to be a favorite place to go! This is a mini Heath blizzard. It is 3.99 fir about 3oz of ice cream and only 2 pieces of toffee throughout. I should have just paid 2.99 for a vanilla cone! And bought a heath bar at CVS. I just spent $16 (3 minutes blizzard & 1 cone) for essentially vanilla softserve.."
