"After I posted a bad review, I was advised by Management via Google review and they offered to make it right by ordering another one at no cost. I reached out to the Store and they said no manager was on duty and despite reading the notes from the Manager to provide a no cost pizza the employee said she could not provide the pizza, however, she would contact management and call me back asap to place the order at no cost to me. After waiting two hours and no call back, I ordered from another local restaurant. To this day, I have not heard from the store or management regarding their promise. I was hoping to go back online and give a positive review of their service, however, not only is the food sub-par, so is the customer service. Disappointing for sure."

"I placed my order through their website. It said it would be 45 minutes, which was fine with me since I had a 25 minutes drive home from work. The driver was waiting at my door when I got home! That was fast! Unfortunately the pizza was room temp and not very flavorful. This was my first time ordering. It may be my last."

"Very disappointed. I ordered BBQ Buffalo Pizza. When I picked it up it was sitting out on the counter (not in any warming device). When I got home 4 minutes later the pizza was cold. The thin crust was tasteless. I saw no BBQ sauce on the pizza and I could barely taste the Buffalo. It did have a great blue cheese flavor (had BC topping). Overall, at best a 2 rating for the food. Staff seemed polite."

"We came in here lunch for the first time today and the food was great ! The staff was friendly and fast! Tyler was making our sandwich and he kept a smile on his face and was very patient with us. Definitely recommend and we will be back!!"

"Picklemans was great! The sandwich was a little smaller than I would have expected, but great flavor and stacked with toppings! The cookies are to die for! I'm a lover of spicy chips, but the spicy pickle chips aren't spicy at all, they're just a huge salt bomb."
