"I went in and was out in less than about 8 minutes! I got my Turkey Tom and was out the door."
"Placed an order at 6:16pm on Saturday, November 18 for a #5 and a bag of chips. Happened to need it delivered this time around. Food never came. Was *never* notified. Called at 10:30am on Sunday, November 19 and was told my order was voided due to no driver working. Would have been great for the business to inform me of anything, really. And then when I called to ask to speak to the manager, I could hear the manager talking to the individual who answered the phone but wouldn't take the call myself. Unacceptable, Jimmy John's. Do better."
"Horrible customer service. I suggest “Kat” find another job if she’s going to treat customers poorly. If you’re dealing with the public you definitely need to work on your professionalism. Rude. Marshawn(sp) was helpful and apologetic for his pathetic employee. Not the 1st time he’s had to apologize for this person. Paid for my order never received anything. Was refused a refund. Talked to Nick the owner. Very professional. Handled my Issue on Sunday while doing family stuff. Never needed to do that. That matters to me. Thanks for the good service Nick."

"I go to the South Bend/Mishawaka area once a month or so. When I do, I go to this Jimmy John’s. I don’t know who it is, but one of the employees at this location actually knows how to make a true southern style sweet tea. It is absolutely the best sweet tea you’ll get from any state north of Georgia. It has a good, strong tea flavor and is truly sweet. Whoever the employee is, thank you and please don’t stop."
