"I love this place. They always serve a good breakfast, but this time I tried the grilled chicken sandwich and field greens. The sandwich had so much flavor, I ate every single crumb. The vinaigrette on the greens was delicious and made a perfect lunch, I left feeling full but energetic. My wife had the french toast and said her entire breakfast was perfect."

"This was the third time I've eaten here. The decor is unique, and the ambiance is very pleasant. Love the Indy 500 black and white theme. The food is good, not great or memorable. I lowered the overall score because of the service. I've had the same server every time, and she's often the only server. If the restaurant was packed, I would not give the two star rating. But all three times, there were less than six tables occupied. We had to ask several times for coffee refills, and one time, I had to go to the storage room to find her to ask for the check. I truly want this restaurant to succeed, but it needs to improve vastly."

"Excellent meal and service. I had the Belgian waffle with side of eggs. Staff is fast, attentive and kind. Pleasant music playing. Very comfortable and relaxing. My only suggestion is the coffee is good, but could improve. This is a gem and you should visit!!! I'll be back!!"

"Papas y Huevos breakfast is what keeps me coming back. Not the service because they are spread thin. I cant imagine it being the servers fault every time I visit so it has to be management. After my 4th visit I learned this is just how it is which is unfortunate because Indy 500 will intensify things. I come here on Saturdays & Sundays and every time something is forgotten like bread or a refill. I come alone or with groups and its the same every time. I love the Lavazza espresso."

"Wow. We've been looking for a breakfast place to suit us and this is it. The decor is minimalist and stylish. The black and white theme is really appealing, with the floor to ceiling windows giving a really modern look, unlike some of the other franchise locations. We really had a great experience across the board. A couple of extra touches made the difference for me. One of the other staffers brought our food and I requested my large milk be brought with my food, which didn't happen. After a few minutes, our server walked past our table, giving it a quick once over, as she helped another table. Next I knew, she went and poured me a milk and got it right to me. Most times I end up not getting my milk till I'm halfway done. Nice attentiveness. We stopped the manager to ask about our short stack of pancakes. It seemed a bit much for a short stack and we wanted to make sure we weren't ripping them off. He assured us that was the normal size for a short stack. He said he didn't want us to leave hungry and wanted people to leave satisfied. He was pretty personable and amusing. We were there on a Sunday and it was busy, but not packed. I'm sure it's because the word hasn't gotten out yet about its location. Zero complaints. I hope they keep it up, cause it has now become my go-to breakfast place."
