"I LOVED my experience at Ellen's Bridal. Ann was amazing to work with. I started out a little flustered because I was running behind but Ann was so accommodating and understanding. She wasted no time diving right in and she killed it! A lot of my family and friends were able to be there so she made sure everyone had a seat and felt welcomed. She had a few dresses already picked out for me based on the survey I filled out and then I was able to look through and see if there were any others I wanted to try. I ended up saying YES to the dress and turns out it was the very first one she pulled for me. Again - killed it. Thank you so much Ann!! :)"

You are treated like you are the only person in the world they are focused on. Everyone was so kind, so patient, so excited for you. I had Ann helping me, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person. She really plays that motherly role that I desperately needed in that moment. I tend to be more shy, quiet, and reserved.
