"Bought online for instore pick up. They could see I paid and everything but something on their end was taking forever. Ended up paying 2x for 1 pair of shoes and now have to wait for them to credit me back for the unfilled online order. Not happy at all and Paul had a cocky attitude. Could have given me my shoes and then did their part when it came thru instead of me being out an extra 75"

"My husband and I stopped for the first time here to check out shoes for our kids. They have a good selection and the staff was very nice."

"Very unprofessional. Teenage employees 3 of them, standing up front talking. I over heard a man ask for help and in return they said, “in a minute”. I needed shoes higher than reach and waited for one of them to walk away from the front. A total of 4 customers in this store with no one paying and your employees refusing to help anyone. I eventually moved the chairs to get the box I needed. THEN one of them came over. NOT TO HELP ME but to tell me not to move her chairs. I said ok I couldn’t get help over here. She then smiles and says ohhh ok well there’s only 3 of us so…and walks away. Another random customer walks by me and asks me to help him since they won’t. (I hitting sarcasm and didn’t actually help him). 3 employees is plenty to have one walking your floor checking on customers."

"Took my 80 year mother in to pick out some shoes. No one greeted us or ever offered to help. Instead, a woman working in our section was busy non-stop complaining that she was having to put shoes away and chastised my mom for sitting down in a different seat then she had started off in....telling her that there were shoes EVERYWHERE. I was personally, putting back all the shoes my mom was trying, my mom was NOT creating the "mess" this woman was so mad about. She literally shouted at me for using a ladder to reach shoes for mom, even though she stood watching me try to reach it before she walked away. I would not have spent a single penny in that store, but my mom found what she wanted, so she did. Disappointing experience from someone who doesn't really expect much from retail employees. This is why brick and mortar stores are dying."
