"Update: The owner contacted me and explained the situation with finding the part needed to fix the bike, made everything right. Gave a fantastic deal on a touring bike. I unconditionally recommend them. ... There was a pause in my work contract in Virginia a while back so I came home to Indiana for a few weeks to relax and spend time with extended family and brought in my Schwinn hybrid to have a rear derailleur replaced so I’d have something to ride while there. I was told it’d take about three days. They called me a week after I’d gone back to Virginia. I looked up the part on Amazon and it was available with 2 day free shipping so I don’t know why it took a month to get a call back. I’m moving home for good in a few weeks and they’re the closest LBS by a long shot, so I hope my one experience was just an aberration. Willing to give another shot but I’ve been spoiled by great outfits like Bikenetics in Falls Church and the Bike Shop of Shelbyville where they treated me like family."
"I wish I had a five star experience like the other reviews posted. But that was not case for me. Dropped the bike on Wednesday morning for a tuneup and loose spoke causing a click. Ask how long it would be, Zack said their was 8 bikes ahead of me so Tuesday but possibly soon as Saturday. Following Wednesday called they had not touched the bike. Said they would get it tomorrow. Call 4:00 pm the next day still hadn't touched it. Told them I would come and get the bike. As a local I was trying to support local business, that didn't work out so well. If possible I would give them no stars."
