I found exactly what we needed, 2 10' heavy duty ramps to convert an equipment farm trailer (with factory ramps just too steep) into a car-hauler for my collection of special interest vehicles, saving me the expense of a separate trailer! That would have been thousands instead of hundreds! Angela was able to give me a delivery date and she allowed me to use an advertised discount for first time purchasers. So I will use this fine company again when I have a need for trailer products and I will strongly recommend them to my friends. Trust GEN-Y!"

"Purchased the Gen-Y Executive gooseneck pin box replacement, model GH-8065AL. Shipping was straightforward and arrived as indicated. Purchased the bolt kit but it was missing half of the nuts required. Contacted them and they would either send out a new kit or reimburse for the one sent. I was able to use nuts and split washers from my existing pin box so, opted for the reimbursement which was handled swiftly. Installation is fairly easy with two people. Just wish I had more bed rail clearance with 6 bolts installed on each side. Had to order an offset ball which then gave me approximately 5.5” of clearance. Would be more if I didn’t have an above rail bed cover. They don’t tell you that the hitch comes with a snap latch pull rod which I ordered one with the hitch so now I have two. Hitch does have a better ride already even though we haven’t completed the 1000 mile break in yet."
