"They need more workers. Each customer needs/questions take a long time for them to try to give them the help they need. They only had 2 employees. I had to wait a long time to be helpful. Once they got to me, the person who helped me was the most friendly and attentive."
"The workers are usually too busy to assist. Last visit was uncomfortable. There was a manager and assistant at the counter, I needed to check out and needed help with a part. The two managers continued to talk to one another about another employee that did not show up. One manager called that employee and that manager passed the phone to the manager helping me. It was as if I was not there wanting to purchase anything."
"Given the wrong part. When I came back they told me I had to go to another store to get part. Went to other store and was told I had to come back to this store to return it. Have to wait 3-5 business days for credit and she didn’t apologize for my inconvenience."
