"Not freaky fast delivery takes 1 hour plus. Staff is just a bunch of young kids screwing around at work. They put hot subs in oven with lettuce on, now it is brown and slimy. I just feel they give zero effort towards customers. Will not be spending any more money with Jimmy Johns. I have watched this store go through a slow decline for the past 2 years. Not worth it when there are multiple other subs shops with in a mile. What a waste."
"I don't appreciate the attitude I received when I visited this location. Maybe you'll have an idea of what maturity is when you leave mama's womb. I'm choosing to spend hard-earned money here and I get talked to like a 14 year old is smarter than me. I will not be back"
"THIS LOCATION DOES NOT OFFER DELIVERY! I don’t know why they won’t update their website, but they do not offer delivery. I’ve placed many orders here and 99% of the time there is an issue with delivery. Most times the store will not inform you they are having issues so you’ll be waiting 2+ hours for your food, if it ever shows up. Even more rarely the store will call giving some excuse like they have no delivery driver, the driver won’t be available until after 2pm, or delivery will take 2+ hours. Service is always horrible as well. If you call and try to get an ETA on your order, they’ll say they can’t provide one. Save yourself the time and headache…do not order delivery. You are far better off picking the order up, but service is still questionable at best."
"I ordered sandwiches inside the establishment, watched them make the sandwiches, and make one wrong. When I asked why they didn’t use a full scoop for the tuna sub, I was told that they did, even though I’m standing there watching. The girl then proceeded to be rude and loud with me and my fiancé in front of other customers and staff. The sandwich was for my mother, who wasn’t with us, and when I mentioned it not being my sandwich the girl then got loud with me and said “why you even worried about it if it’s not your sandwich” They refused to remake the sandwich. Later found out this girl is an assistant manager. This location has gone down hill overtime, poor customer service, poor food quality. We will not be returning to this location anymore."
