One of the plastic parts had broken and they showed me the part and explained what happened. Price was fair and customer serice 10/10 ❤️ Definitely will go back for any repairs I may need!"

"My serpentine belt snapped going down highway 31 just outside of Peru on my way back to Michigan, this was the closest mechanic I could get towed to. I was expecting to be stuck in town overnight and having to get a hotel room, and having to call into work the next day. I didn't think there'd be any chance they could get repairs started at 3 o'clock in the afternoon when they close at 5. But they completely exceeded my expectations, and they took the urgency of my situation very seriously and got to work right away. Seems like a really nice small town family run shop...the lady behind the counter was watching kids for a little bit and trying to keep them on their best behavior while also answering phones and dealing with other customers. I also heard them singing along to some classic rock songs in the back, put me in a better mood and sounds like everyone there likes working together and has fun. The repairs altogether were reasonably priced, and their staff really seems to be genuinely concerned about making sure your vehicle is safe to drive. Again, I'm from out of state, so I don't have much reason to be back in the Peru area, but if I am, I would most definitely take my car back here for anything it needed! Thanks again so much guys, you saved the day for me!!!"

"These people were excellent. I dropped my truck off on a Sunday evening and they had it in Monday morning. They worked very hard to figure out what was wrong. They could not pinpoint an exact source of the problem, but gave me a solid lead on what was going on. Since they couldn't completely figure out the problem, they offered without my asking to work with me on the price. Very honest, hardworking people. I will be returning here in the future."

"I can’t say enough good things about Crowe Automotive. I live an hour from their dealership and was stranded one evening near their shop. They gave me a great recommendation for a towing company and followed up about my vehicle. Not only did they get me running again but they also fixed another issue I was having with the vehicle. When they called to tell me it was finished and quoted the price I was in shock (in a good way)! The honesty and integrity along with can’t beat prices has me considering driving an hour from home just to use them as my mechanic!"
