"I ordered delivery here last night and it was such a terrible experience, I ordered 2 sonic meat and cheese burritos and a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger and I literally got the smallest burrito I’ve ever seen and it barely had any ingredients and its literally as big as the sauce cup and on my Double cheeseburger I only got 1 beef patty and no bacon, I tried calling and got no answer. Never will order from here again truly sad."
"Came over here in the summer with my friend after biking 10 miles around the city. I was about to pass out from dehydration and I didn’t have any money because me and all my friends are broke 14 year olds, and they have me a giant cup of FREE water…. Literally didn’t even ask me to pay for it or anything… And the lady was so nice about it to. Wish I remembered her name"
"Zero stars. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The sonic app glitches on THEIR end and the manager just shrugged her shoulders and said we will not be able to service you. And then shut the window in my face. Excuse me?? You could see the order and location on my phone. But, the manager did not care. This place has been going down hill for a while with food quality and customer service. I will never order from this sonic again. Pick another location. And I hope this location will train their staff to offer better service."
"2nd time, I ordered from here, and they messed up my order. I order a footlong chili dog with chili cheese tater tots. It barely had chili cheese on the hot dog, and they put it on 2 small hotdog buns. No chili and cheese on my tots. I'm not sure if I'll come back to this location or Sonic for a while."
"I ordered the Ultimate Meat and Cheese breakfast burrito on 6/24/2022. The picture shows what I received. Not even a full piece of sausage chopped up, a few piece of bacon bits, what looks like half an egg, barely any cheddar cheese and no tator tots. Plenty of cheese sauce though. Not what I expected from an "Ultimate" burrito. The sad part was what I actually did get tasted pretty good, but I can't help but think this was made just blatantly wrong."
