"Pat told me he had just what I was looking for. After taking the day off work and driving 3 hours I get there and immediately see that it isn’t what I need. He yet again said it is the right part until we looked up the vin and come to find out I was right. His answer for me was basically “my bad” wasted a bunch of gas and time. Don’t deal with this place. Or at-least ask to speak with someone who has any idea what their talking about ( NOT PAT)"
"Took off work early and drove 1.5 hours just to immediately notice they had the wrong part after being assured multiple times that it was the right one beforehand. The answer they had for me was “sorry” Don’t waste your time with these people. Some of them should be flipping burgers"

"My windshield was broke. My boyfriend got it replaced for me for Christmas through Ray’s. While fixing my windshield, they broke my driver windshield wiper. I’m a single mom and drive an hour to and from work every day with my 18 month old son with me. Due to my schedule and their hours of operations. I was not able to get right back up there to address the issue. With all the bad weather I had to take off of work to see what could be done about it. After losing a days lay and going back and forth with one of the employees they finally agreed to fix it. About an hour and a half later I now have two working windshield wipers again"
