"They never have chicken ready at a chicken place? Had to wait 15 minutes. Also the digital coupon for 5 pc 2 can dine doesn't state a limit but was told by the cashier we can't get two orders. However the app allows you to add two?? Educate your staff!"
"We ended up Popeyes due to my husband loving their beans and rice. He was thrilled with the size of the serving. We are not fancy chicken folks (no sauces or stuff). The chicken was cooked thru and the white meat was nice and moist. Overall the big box dinner was affordable and enjoyable. Thank you Popeyes. The server at the drive thru window was very nice she didn't make us feel rushed while figuring out what would be our best value. She was also helpful with our questions about sides."

"My wife and I ordered the big box with 2 sides for each order. We both only received one side. The bill listed 2 sides per order. Didn't notice shortage until we returned to our hotel room. It was over 6 miles to return to the restaurant, so I decided to just draw attention to the discrepancy via this review. The young lady who took our order and collected our money was outstanding in all areas. Whoever put the order in the bag caused the low score for service and overall ranking.
