"Poor customer service the last time I went. Only one of the young folks working there seemed to be interested in helping customers. Nothing like when John or there others who worked there for a while. Those guys would leave the counters and show you the stuff you are looking for, but these new guys would not leave the counters unless they were called to help load something. My wife and myself eventually found what we needed. The cashier was no speechless when I brought up the lack of customer service. Those " helpful" hardware folks were not very helpful."
