"Last 2 times we've ordered online and had it delivered, the pizzas had very little sauce, were overcooked, and didn't have much flavor. Don't waste your time with this location. Order from the US 31/Smith Valley location. We've NEVER had issues there."
"I tried ordering a meal combo, and the worker stared off into space for about 60 seconds, and then said that I would have to pay for every item separately. I asked him why I couldn’t get it for the advertised price on the board behind him, and he gave me no answer, just that he couldn’t honor the price. I suspect that he didn’t know how to enter the order as a meal. I chose to go to another location and got the cheaper meal price"
"We ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza. First they gave us an all cheese pizza so we told them, and the guy in the front went to the back and told them to make another one. Opened up the next box and it was half pepperoni, half garlic breadsticks. Told them again that we ordered half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. The guy laughed and said it's basically the same. We left because it wasn't worth waiting around another 20 minutes when it had already been 45. We ordered online, so there wasn't a mistake of not hearing correctly and even the receipt they gave us said the correct order. It was also incredibly hot in the store. and the sun was shining right in the front workers eyes."
"I don't know who they fired at this location but I'm so glad they did. The new crew in there is attentive and gets your order right. The toppings are fresh and spread out around the entire pizza instead of a glob in the middle. The store itself was exceptionally clean compared to how it normally looks. Kudos to the new crew. Keep up the great work."
