"Nice selection of children's shoes. One baby shoe that was on display (the other kept in the box) was filthy though. It had stuff stuck to the bottom and hair and pieces of dirt stuck to that and stuff stuck on the fabric. Just a reminder to check the display shoes before purchasing."

"I went in here a long time ago and it was a mess and seemed like it had been let go in many ways. These days, it's far cleaner and looks like the staff keep it organized. It's nice to see it turned around and maintained. Since cleaning it up, I've been back several times and bought 4 or 5 different pairs of shoes."
"I had a horrible experience recently. I never write reviews EVER! I went into the store that I worked at for 2.5years, and didn’t even recognize any type of values nor same procedures. They apparently no longer tell you that you have a rewards certificate you can use, they also do not tell you the address they are shipping your shoes to nor do they ask you for it. I believed they were shipping my shoes to the store for me to pick them up since they didn’t ask me about my address. I got a shipping email today to say my shoes were being shipped to my house I look at the address and it’s somewhere I haven’t lived in 5+ years! The young man that helped me didn’t seem to know what he was doing, I understand he could’ve been new but the managers were standing around on their phones, they had headphones in not even trying to assist! This is not the shoe carnival I remember! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location! My managers would have never let any of this fly. So sad!"
