"This is the manager. His name is Kevin. We bought an alternator from AutoZone with a warranty, a DuraLast alternator for a Ford. We came in with the receipt, Kevin looked at the receipt on the system. We wanted to swap the alternator because our alternator went out. Kevin refused, and despite having everything required down to the box and sticker, he claimed we were trying to scam the store and smirked. We went to another AutoZone and had fantastically improved service and they happily assisted us. We returned to the store to politely show the manager, Kevin, the replaced alternator and we even apologized. Kevin proceeded to call my mechanic a slur. We will never return again."
