Culver’s

"I recently went through the drive thru at this Culver's and ordered a concrete mixer. When I placed my single item order, I was the third person in line. After getting to the window, the cashier did not know what my order was, and I had to repeat what I had ordered. I paid the $6.00 for my girlfriends ice cream, and they handed me a post it to stick to my mirror and pull up. I then proceeded to watch over 7 other people behind me receive ice cream, food, drinks, and entire orders, and other people they sent over to wait as well after me got their food. After waiting about 20 minutes, the young lady in the drive thru comes to my car to once again ask what I had ordered. She says, "It will be right out." Another 5 minutes later and a young man comes out, and was incredibly rude to me, smacked my mirror of my car when he grabbed the post it note off, then glared as we pulled away. Our concrete mixer was not even mixed, it was vanilla ice cream with cocoa powder on top. I was nothing but courteous the entire time and we have been to this Culvers numerous times and received great service. However I will stick to the Avon store from now on. After speaking with the management at the store, I was highly satisfied with their response and courtesy in handling this situation, and will be adjusting my review accordingly."

"On this particular day I placed an order with Culver's in Plainfield, IN. I've ordered from them before and love their food. The order was placed online and my son picked up. Right away they let my son know that they did not have the 2 large mashed potatoes we ordered and substituted them for large fries. My son gets home and I start going through my order and noticed none of the sandwiches had the condiments we wanted on them. I'm missing 2 large Cheese Curds, a medium onion ring and the side of signature sauce that I ordered. I was not happy, that's practically 1/2 our order not to mention a lot of money taken from us. I called and talked to a young guy, who was trying to explain what was missing to the manager and I clearly hear the manager say, why didn't they check their order before they left? Now, I'm furious. He gets on the phone and says come up here, we will give you the food you are missing, oh and by the way the BBQ sauce on the roast sandwich comes on the side. I said but you didn't give me any!! I said I'm not driving all the way back up there, my food will get cold, I'll take a refund for what is missing, he said fine, come get your refund. I said no just refund my card. He said we don't do that. So I gave him my name so that some other time when I'm out I'll have to try to stop by there and get my refund:( This experience was the worst one for me so far at a restaurant. I paid $95 for this order too:( The night manager was so rude. Really gives Culver's a bad rep that's for sure."
