"I ordered a large order for a work luncheon. We did not receive our full order and the store never answered their phone to correct the issue. The portion of the order we did receive was hot and prepared well. The delivery driver was friendly. Double check your order before leaving the store!!"
"Hands down one of the best Pizza Huts still around. This store has definitely made some major improvements over the last year. Yeah they still have their hiccups but no body is perfect. The staff could be more attentive, but its Mars Hill so you get what you get. But the manager Donna is very understanding and extremely professional. If she had a stronger team behind her, this Pizza Hut would be phenomenal."
"I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza, added extra cheese, sausage, mushrooms and an order of wings. They called me and said it would be an 1-1:45minutes for delivery. I said that was totally fine as long as my order was correct for what I paid $45.00 bucks for. This is what I received!! Burnt, definitely not a pepperoni lovers, not even regular cheese although I paid for extra. And then it looks like they forgot the mushrooms and just threw raw ones on top before they boxed it. I said I would be patient because I knew they were busy. But this is unacceptable. And of course I can't even get through to log a complaint. Not pleased...out $45.00 and still no dinner."
