Domino's Pizza

"The Mann Road Domino’s is the absolute BEST in Indy. I get pizza from here at least once every other week. They’ve got great customer service and if there’s an issue with your order (which is rare), then they accept responsibility and make it right. Plus, they have a gluten-free crust option which is an added bonus."

"Never received order. My father staying in Indy for the night at a near by hotel close the airport, was cold tired and hungry, ordered from this place as it comes up on google as the closest Domino’s to his hotel, they literally pulled his room number when they asked his name so they knew where he was, and said pizza would be delivered right to his room. Shortly after he receives a call and driver says we are in lobby with your pizza, to which he replies I was told it would come to the room, driver says we don’t do that. So he goes to the lobby, sees no driver, calls driver and turns out driver is at wrong hotel then tells him we cannot even deliver to your hotel. He calls Domino’s back to complain and ask what to do about pizza he had already paid for, asked for a manager and was downright talked to like garbage and acted as if they truly didn’t care, this upset him so much it ruined his entire evening and put his health at risk due to his heart condition. Down right unprofessional. Places like this should not even be in business."

"Sometimes it’s not what you say it how you say it. Today I picked up my order and the young lady( not sure her name just that she had a cast on her hand) wasn’t particularly kind. I order from here a lot due to living less than 5 mins away but she made me wish I had followed my 1st mind and gotten Qdoba on my way home instead of this unpleasant visit. Maybe I’ll have better luck next time."

"Place is a total joke and the staff giving you an attitude for the mistake they made. I literally ordered a pizza yesterday which they messed up on and proceeded to give me a 20$ credit which was great I was satisfied. Go to use it the next day to be told it’s non exciting credit and the lady gets all upset at me like it’s my fault. And then claimed it was busy yesterday at noon just like today when it’s completely dead. Garbage store went down the drain. Should of left the food wasn’t even worth the attitude I don’t care if it’s free or not."
