"Weekends are the only time people are off to sell- they need to have the ability to handle the flow. Wasted a 30 minute drive to sell. Updated after Owners Response: Please put signage on the door stating so or make a policy online to help save the time of sellers. This will help everyone as no one wants to make that long of a trip- only to be denied. Win-Win for everyone. Anyone wanting to sell better call ahead before dropping things off- lesson learned for me."

"Very terrible. Very judgmental workers they are very rude not nice at all, I watched a girl give this other girl that was a costumer a very dirty look. They didn’t even go through the bin I gave them, they went through the stuff at the top and that was it, I know this because everything in there was name brand not over the 5 years and almost of the clothes were brand new. I brought in a huge bin took them not even 5 minutes to go through the whole thing. They only took 2 things which were at the very top. Very very dissatisfied with my experience. It seems this place gets worse and worse each time I come."

"First time visiting this store recently, and I was surprised by how well organized it was! It was pretty clean and easy to navigate and I got some really good deals! The employees could use a refresher on friendliness (except the new girl who rang me up - sweetest girl ever) but overall, pretty great!"
