"i always try to extend grace to fast food workers cause i’ve worked my fair share and know it’s tough, but CONSISTENTLY when I come here the staff ignore you and anyone else waiting. It takes 2 seconds to say “ someone will be with you” “ we currently have a ____ long wait” etc etc. but no, they let you stand out in the lobby upwards of 10-20 mins while walking around you and avoiding eye contact. after around 10 minutes of waiting, i asked the lady ahead of me if she’d been helped yet, just to gauge if it was worth sticking around and she said no PLUS the guy in front of her had to wait twenty minutes just for them to let him pay for his food. Being busy is understandable but it’s not okay to refuse to communicate that and act like people in your restaurant don’t exist. I had a mobile breakfast order and couldn’t even get it because the wait was so long breakfast was over."

"We get to the speaker and the girl taking our order with blonde hair and glasses is extremely rude. Then when we get to the window, she gives us the wrong amount of change. Like can you count?? And then I got my hot chocolate and it had something white and gross in it and didn’t have whipped cream or chocolate drizzle on it. This place was disappointing."

"The Manager of this store (Guy Circled) is completely disrespectful and his name is Abraham M. He wouldn’t give my boyfriend and I our refund when we placed a mobile order and the store didn’t have our order. Even though we had email confirmations. We waited for over an hour because Abraham refused to talk to us and then asked us to leave the store after expressing our frustration. He is also rude to his own staff members and as you can see in the picture he likes to lean on the machine and yell at everyone while he actually does no work. I think his behavior sucked and his attitude was gross. He met the right one today Go IU!"

"I usually don’t post reviews but I am sick to my stomach. I ordered a sausage egg McGriddle and found a ripped off finger nail in it. I couldn’t go back as I would be late to work so I tried calling and couldn’t get through to anyone. Wear. Gloves."
