Taco Bell

"I visited this taco bell the other night and while waiting in the drive through line I decided to check my debit card balance. I accidentally keyed in the wrong pin number one too many times and my card locked. This has happened before and usually a password reset will fix the problem but this generally takes a few minutes to complete. I was just initiating the process when I pulled up to the window and had to apologize to the employee and explain the situation. The employee smiled kindly, handed my order and dismissed me. This doesn't happen often and I greatly appreciated the relief of stress at that particular moment and am writing this honestly as a way to say thank you."

"Apart from the usual mistakes of messing up orders, today was a next level. I waited 2 hours for my order. I had to ask an employee twice about it to which she said she is checking on it then not actually doing it. I watched people coming in after and ordering in front of me get their orders quicker. This is extremely unprofessional and does not embody “fast food.” After repeatedly telling employees and another customer even having to speak on my behalf, they finally made it. Two hours later. I stood for two hours waiting for 4 items. The manager said he can either take my food or give me a refund because I requested one. What an understanding manager, Dominic or Dominick. He upgraded my drink to large as if that was the right hospitality choice. After making a customer wait 2 hours, 120 minutes, you can’t even refund me? He told me it might have gotten stolen and word for word said “you have not been waiting here for two hours.” Check your damn security footage and transactional SMS. I already have reached out to corporate but this retail front is extremely understaffed and I know this from experience and everyone there complaining on a daily basis. The management is poor and pathetic."

"Staff (Magen) was helpful and friendly when I had a question about an option through the kiosk. Burrito was made well, ingredients were fresh, and the wait time was short. Order was modified heavily to accommodate my vegan diet, and everything was perfect. If only all Taco Bell locations were this great!"

"Was horrible. Dirty dining room. No one on front register. Waited 20 minutes for my drink cups and to pay. The manager was hiding in the office until her friend came in and then instead of being a manager and having someone clean the dining room. Not to mention all of my food was skim barely any meat."

"This place is filthy!! The floors are littered with old food scraps and paper products, in the dining area AND at the counter. You wouldn't believe what their kitchen looks like.!! The dining windows are all dirt crusted, making it look like a dense fog is outside and inside. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she told the manager, who told her to have me leave. Wouldn't even speak to me The bathroom had something funky looking splashed all around the commode. Here are some pics.
