"The drive through customers terrorize this parking lot. Good luck getting into any of the other businesses in this strip. If you manage to even get in the lot they'll run you right over. They need to fix it before someone gets hurt."
"I placed a mobile order with 5 items at 9:52am got there shortly after 10am with an estimate ready time of 10:05am. When I arrived the one frozen drink on the order was already ready. It took half an hour to get all the items as they came up one at a time every 5-7 minutes. The location was absolutely swamped, and the staff was super stressed. The only person who was even cordial was who I can only assume was the manager. It was super disorganized and all the patrons were getting their orders the same way. I don't understand why the orders were not coming up in a way that would get people moved through and out quickly with drinks ready together instead of half of everyone's orders luke warm to cold with one drink pleasant. This is not my normal Starbucks experience. Won't be coming back to this location."

"If I wake up tomorrow, I will go to Starbucks And I will ask for something with a lot of whipped cream And then I will ask for non-dairy milk And the barista will look at me, And their eyes will ask: “Why are you ordering non-dairy milk when you just ordered a lot of whipped cream?” But they will not actually ask me that Because the Starbucks barista does not care. And that is something I have always liked about our exchanges Perhaps the most freedom I feel is upsetting my stomach with loads of whipped cream At the Starbucks simply because no one is going to tell me I can’t"
"I haven't ever felt so loved at a Starbucks until everyone here was helping me nail down a drink that was recommended to me. A drink that's not on the menu and because i used stars they couldn't find out what the drink was. it's a favorite of a Starbucks employee who was helping this store out one day. This person who recommended this drink doesn't work at this store. Everyone at this location here, helped make my experience stellar. By finding out what the drink was and it made my day. I highly commend all the workers at this store. Thank you again for helping me. Nick was very thoughtful and a blessing to help me and everyone else who helped and made the drink too. The drink is on point and I'm so happy to have it again."
