"Well apparently some new guy from the big bad city was working the desk when I checked my truck in for the apt. His attitude and the way he approached me was less than acceptable, he made me feel uncomfortable like he was treating me differently because I'm a woman. I made my complaints to the head cheese of the store some dude named Rodney, he was quick to dismiss how I was made to feel and told me that because I'm small town and that guy was from a big city that I'm just not used to how city people talk. The account and truck is under my husband's name but im the one that drives it and brings it in to be served/worked on and this is the first time a felt uncomfortable being there without my husband."
"Everything was great and my interaction with your service crew was extremely pleasant and professional. The only reason for the 4/5 was on my oil sticker...the date for next oil change was updated & recorded but the mileage didn't get updated. I usually hit the mileage mark before the date marker. I will have them change that when I come back next week. Thanks!"
