"Me and my wife just moved back to Spencer after being away for 40 years. We were disappointed in the restaurants in the area, but someone told us about Mulligans and it did not disappoint. The food and service was very good. We have been there 3 times and was good every time. The only reason I gave the food 4 stars was the Cuban sandwich was very good but small. I would definitely recommend this place."
"We had the chicken wrap, burger, fish sandwich and tenderloin sandwich as well as fried mushrooms and fries. It was all really good!! Best fried mushrooms I've ever had!! Service was good!"
"Staff is super friendly. Had a great Thursday night with some of the best sliders I have ever had and fried mushrooms that rival murels. A great little secret just outside elletsville with great views and a fun crowd.....Palomas were great and they have huge beers for a good price."
"New ownership! As of today. Food was good! Customer service great. Drinks were awesome. Same owner owns the majority of the Mexican Restaurants and the clover leaf restaurants. Come check em out."
