"The owner is incredibly rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Our unit was sent back after a brief conversation that ended in him telling me he was just going to send the unit back after I had given him feedback because he refused to call me back after I had spoken to his wife. He decided the date he would install the system without calling or setting an appointment knowing I had a funeral for an immediate family member and also other obligations that would take me out of town.. I hope the owner can find warmth in his heart one day and heal whatever hurt has made him as miserable as he’s become."
