"Three people in line at cash register, the person at front had a long, involved return leaving the second employee looking at a computer screen.. looking .. looking.. looking .. took him 5 minutes to look at getting out of helping those in line but lo and behold, customers did mean more than a computer screen. These people are not friendly and take too long to assist at check out. Or finding an item.. "it's on that wall" said the man looking at hundreds of items in that direction. Thanks for the help. Go back to your computer screen."
