"I’m so disappointed because I LOVE Popeyes food, but i DREAD the process of trying to acquire it! I honestly don’t know what it is about this franchise, but I legitimately constantly run into customer service issues at almost every location. The only exception that comes to mind is the location in Michigan City Indiana in HWY 421 where I did give a positive customer service review. Let me reiterate, the food is always fire!! But how a franchise can be consistently bad in customer service ALMOST across the board is beyond me. I have a location near me I have been to twice and never even received food after ordering. Tonight we received our delivery order and we ordered the new wings which were awesome! But we didn’t receive any of the free dipping sauces that come free with it, nor did we receive any of the extra dipping sauces we paid extra for. Food is fire, they need a revamp of whoever is trading the staff or supposed to be holding them accountable."
"Ordered via the app on 1/14/24. They were out of the oreo cheesecake dessert and unsweetened tea, which we were not notified of until we got there to pick up the order (they had my number and could have called but chose not to). The food was good, but the tenders were tiny, and they gave me a miniscule amount of popcorn shrimp. They gave us no napkins as well as forgot our sauces."
"We waited 45 minutes for our food. We had to go inside to check what was going on. No one spoke to us, they just handed us our food. They knew who we were they were just letting our food sit out. They put a piece of chicken with bone on my uncles sandwich. These people clearly don’t want to work so get new hires!"

"Not as bad as the one on 30/41 but not as good as the one in Crown Point. I ordered on the app and arrived 20 minutes later to no sandwiches and had to wait. Food was very salty. They took the self serve condiments away, so asked if there was Cajun Sparkle in the bag and dude said "Yes". When I nicely thanked him and told him I hoped he had a great weekend, he stopped me, asked for my bag back, and put Cajun Sparkle in it. I'm glad he did it, but it doesn't negate the fact he lied first. Love their food, hate the service and experience."
