"South Chicago Heights: Prices on shelf different than what it rings up. Coupons clipped not going towards purchase. Asst. Manager no help with coupons even though I pulled up the coupon and showed her.. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere."
"Employees are very unfriendly and unpleasant and do not want to honor sale prices and coupons. Do better Dollar General provide more training in customer service on how to provide joyful service. Everyone wants a job but doesn’t want to do the work."
"While this location can be crowded at times with items that need to be stocked but it is kept clean and the home decor area/display is ALWAYS KEPT ATTRACTIVE.The cashiers at this location are some of the friendliest group of individuals.They are ALWAYS kind and very friendly to me I have gone to this location several times because it is kept clean and staff is SOOO POLITE."
"Didn't have what I wanted. The girl was VERY Helpful!!! She suggested a product that she uses, and said it works for her,and that she was satisfied with it. So the girl made a sale. I almost walked out cause the item I wanted wasn't there. And you don't carry it anymore. She was very helpful, and it turns out I use to work with her at her old job. Even if I didn't know her I'm sure she still would of gone above and beyond!! To be honest I don't think she recognized me cause she didn't acknowledge me as someone she knew."
