"Worst experience ever!! Checked in for a patch repair. Tire was still inflated with a nail in it. These guys unmounted the tire and then told me they can't work on it since the rim has rust on it. They tried to force me to buy a new rim, and when I asked them that, I didn't want a new rim since my rim was just fine. It did not have any crack or any damage, so these guys were like, "we won't mount it back onto the truck, and you can drive back onto the road with 7 tires." So I drove on I-65 with 7 tires on my drives and went to love's. They took a look at it and didn't hesitate to patch it and mount it back on the truck. Screw you boss pro shops. I'm never ever taking my trucks to boss pro shops in any state's of America."
