"Had parts decent customer service"
"Having a commercial account for almost 2 years in Tennessee and having to use different stores in this area has never been an issue until today. 2 other stores could find my commercial account without any issues, so the store manager and it's employees don't seem to want to help you if it costs them a bit more work in finding your out of state account. I have never had to pay for any large order that didn't have extra shipping costs attached, no matter the cost until today when I was told I had to pay for ignition coils upfront before they could be ordered, even under a commercial account. Out of town folk beware of this location."
"6/22 at 10:27am i was returning a tool my mechanic bought that i didn't end up using. I go into this location and the man tells me he doesnt have the 37.38 for my return in his or any register...sad..even pathetic. Just state you don't want to accept my return to one of the many establishments that the product was putchased from. I had to go to the actual location to return the product. Need to have the guy working this day checked by corporate. Mind you i had a valid receipt. Product was in original condition."
