"Literally just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for donuts, no drinks. I couldn’t even get out of line because I was blocked in. No apologies for the long wait."
"Rude workers. Menu literally says WAKE UP WRAP SANDWICH. Girl was irritated on the intercom because she was confused. Once I got the food the egg was thrown in the wrapper not even on it. Drive thru lady rude and never even said anything."
"I typically go to this location for convenience but I think this was the last straw as far as inconsistency goes and terrible service. I know dunkin is famous for never knowing how you're going to get your drink but this location goes as far as to give you an entirely different drink and then give you attitude when you question what it is they give you. I dont know if it's a lack of training or what but today I went got a very simple drink and it was only about 2/3 full. There was no wait time, I got the drink, drove the 2 min to work and this is what I see.... the one at the Speedway is better if anyone else wants to convert haha"
