"Couldn't make my mind up. I'm not a Starbucks guy. Staff was helpful with making up my mind. Got the decaf latte, it was late. They're were quite friendly and not rude to us seeing that we stayed after close too."
"Made an online order to pick up in store cause their drive thru is always slow. Arrived and they had closed the lobby for short staff and forcing everyone through the drive thru. I can understand not taking orders inside but why can't I pick my hot coffee up inside in a timely faction? Instead it took almost 20 min in the drive thru and it was cold by the time I got it. Since I ordered ahead it was already paid for, which is the only reason I waited."
"I go to this Starbucks often and have for years. It has gone downhill over the last year. No greetings and no thank you’s. It has lost all of its personal touches. I am very disappointed every time. I order ahead, and always say thank you when I pick it up and no one replies."
