"Horrible experience had only 3 orders ahead of me had to spend 7 minutes standing by the counter and no one managed to take my order ot eveysay hello to me... There where 4 workers cleaning same table and doing similar cleaning jobs and only one lady was actually serving costumers. I don't know if it's workers or management issue but me and my wife are not going back again neither I would recommend this place to my friends as every time I go here it's the same...."

"First of all, I ordered an egg and cheese muffin and two hot chocolates. The muffin had sausage, so I gave it back. The girl at the window looked like she was insulted, then was confused about what to do next. Since I told her not to just take the sausage off and give it back to me, I think she was debating on whether to go ahead and do that anyway. Once I parked, I tasted the chocolate, and it was absolutely terrible. I don't know how it was made, but it tasted extremely watered down and not sweet. It was more like cocoa and water, just nasty. It literally gave me terrible gas pains. Fortunately, I will not be going back, EVER."
"I just want to clarify- they were not busy! My first problem was the barista taking orders; I’ve never seen someone so unenthusiastic. Her name looked like it was Miah (something with an M) Not a hello or have a good day- rude taking order and handing it. My other bone to pick is my cup has no drink??? I ordered a grande cinnamon dolce latte and it’s not even filled. I swear it’s always this Starbucks."
"This particular Starbucks was on top of their game when I stopped in with my Father! This location serves well-made coffee to many wonderful people in Crown Point, Indiana! It's a great place for people to stop in and catch up on their newspapers!"
