"First visit to Chicago and 1st coffee shop to visit. Great experience and have to say the people are friendly and helpful. Had the 16oz latte with oat milk - delicious and hot. Also, the hot chocolate was creamy like it should be and hot as well. The chocolate espresso scone is one i will be returning for and per the pic, good sized scone and was warmed. The cinnamon streusel muffin was very tasty as well. Service here is excellent and being strict on customer service, i rate this business a top choice."
