"When my dad died the made it really difficult for us we were willing to take over payments like they said we could. Kyle and Ashley are so rude they are also lairs so now they can take a dead man to collections I refuse to talk to either one of them. Also the discussed my dad's account with someone not even related to him. And Kyle and Ashley very disrespectful they should really get on the same page and I don't know what they think people would want to talk politely but they can't even be respectful for one min"

"I honestly wouldn't even give this place 1 star but it's the lowest you can give. Was a customer through Aaron's in Danville, Illinois by Walmart for almost a year. Starting 6 months ago there began to be an issue with every payment we made and then came yesterday I get a knock on the door two Aaron's delivery men standing there claiming we owed 300 or they were taking our washer and dryer. Come to find out from the driver for Aaron's that the manager has made a miscalculation and double charged us saying we had 2 washers and 2 dryers on our account when we only have one of each. Thankfully the driver was one of the same men who had moved our washer and dryer into our new home and explained to me the managers mistake said he would let her know. Told him my husband and I would be up there today to pay the full balance which was really only 120 when we tried to come to the store to pay the balance we were told they didn't want our money and we couldn't pay our account up in cash even thought that's what we do every week. The gentleman at the counter proceeded to tell my husband to not say anything about the manager because that was his woman which was very unprofessional and inappropriate when we were simply stating what their drivers had informed us of and not to mention the manager being his woman has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I do not recommend this specific location to anyone we got no apology and nothing fixed or handled just nothing but attitude. I pray this is a location based issue and hope this isn't a Aaron's issue. I wish things had been different but unfortunately we had to go elsewhere. Thank you and have a blessed day."
