BUYERS BEWARE, look at the other reviews of this “business” as well, it seems to be a VERY common occurrence that these people screw their customers rather than actually do good business."

"Be very weary buying loads from this company. The owners are very crooked. We ordered several loads from them and they only delivered a handful. Erin, the owners wife, rerounted a Macys load that we paid for, to go to her store for Christmas and order us another from a different location that caused us days of lost revenue. I discovered this by going to their facebook page and seeing MY load, in their retail store. When confronted, they just blocked me on their facebook page. Erin did later admit to me, that my load went to their store instead!! They also put deposits down on 2 JC pennys loads for us in November, that we never received. After months of going back and forth and threatening to take legal action they finally paid us back the money that they owed us. These people are crooks and are getting away with sticking it to the little guy. Even Allowing their rep Amanda to take the lick for them, when none of this was her fault. They also stole tons of commission payments from her as well!! These people are Wolves in sheep's clothing!! Buyer Beware!!"
"DO NOT BUY LOADS FROM AMANDA RICHARDS or REDS RESALE SHE WORKS FOR A COMPANY “Reds Resale” THAT TOOK 9k for a load. Acted like it was a FTL and turned out to only be 8 pallets. We asked for a refund. They have stated multiple times that they were wiring back over the last week. Yesterday said wire was being sent and still nothing. Called Reds Resale yesterday, as Amanda Richard’s states she is just a sales rep and her hands are tied. They said they would get back about the matter and now have blocked the phone number and won’t send the money back. PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF. Don’t want you guys getting in the same situation."
