"Gotta love Ross! I got a beautiful gown for a banquet with no blemishes on sale for $3! The average price of a dress there is closer to $20, which is a steal, but you can find plenty of nice clothes there for lower than that! I often go here with friends just to browse. The makeup/hair section is nothing to speak of, but their other departments are worth shopping. They have wall art and household goods as well."
