"So I ordered a Chicago Bulls hat from them as a gift for so eone for Christmas. When I received the hat, it was a week late so instead of opening it, I had to immediately send out to the person I bought it for. So they opened it on Christmas and the security sensor was still on it. I called them to tell them about the problem and they told me to drive over 100 miles to the next store for them to remove the sensor or send it back for a full refund. They already inconvenience me and still want me to fix their mistakes. I will never order from them ever again."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Lately I have had nothing but issues from Hibbett. From the website or app messing up and charging multiple times to being sent items with sensors on them to being sent worn and dirty items. I even drove to a store and the guy said that is what they have been sent. Yup don’t with them!!"
