"I haven't been t Panos in a while. I finally go in to order. Undecided at the time. The lady behind the counter was friendly and informative. I order the tacos and fries with soda. I asked the gentleman about the garlic fries he said it would be $2.99 extra. Great I want the fries. Get home and I have fries but no garlic fries. You can imagine my disappointment. The fries are to die for. Called the restaurant and told them about not getting my fries. They check and told me the garlic fries were not order there was a fry upgrade but not garlic. I remember the lady telling the customer behind me that she place garlic fries in his bag because there was an extra order. Those were my fries. I hot an I'm sorry and that's it. It will be a while before I ho back. The tacos were awful too soggy. Loved the mushroom."

"Drive-through service was glass fast and efficient, and food was delicious for a quick bite to eat on the go! Don't allow the long drive-through line to intimidate you. This staff moves really fast in getting orders out!"

"I visited this restaurant today and I must say the service was absolutely poor. Their food quality is inconsistent and if you have a high school child that frequents this restaurant after school, I would advise that you tell you child to go elsewhere. With the climate we live in today, calling the police on kids for coming into your restaurant and not causing any trouble is absolutely ridiculous. They way that woman and work crew talked down on those kids is absolutely ridiculous and the police coming in there like they did for nothing when most of the kids didn’t get a chance to order is also ridiculous. Clearly the folks behind the counter are a different color so they don’t have to worry about their child being hurt for nothing or for petty reasons like me walking into your restaurant for food. Granted they probably go through this often, but I didn’t see any behavior that warranted all of those police cars that were circling the place and the ones that came in wasting tax money and time. I’ll make sure that my son never visits this place after the way I’ve seen how they talk to kids here and they clearly don’t care about black lives. Other than that, the tacos are disgusting, I’ve made the unfortunate decision of wasting money on those. It’s just hot mush in a tortilla. They are inconsistent with the sauces they give for the chicken strip meal. Usually when I order, they give two. I guess she had an attitude today with the kids and only gave me one for 4 chicken strips and the fries that they give. Their prices are ridiculous, McDonald’s is cheaper. I’m all about supporting businesses in the neighborhood but after the treatment of those kids today, I’ll take my money elsewhere."
